We've made improvements to our Click and Collect service.
Who can use the Service
The Service is available for all 果冻影院 students, staff and external users with a borrowing account. When collecting, please bring your 果冻影院 ID/library membership card听with you.
果冻影院 students and staff as well as NHS and London Mathematical Society users听can request ten books at a time, and other users can request three books at a time.
We advise that you check whether there are copies available in the library before placing a request, as on loan items will take longer to fulfil.听Please note the estimated Click and Collect Turnaround Times below:
- Item is available at the pick-up library: within 2 working days*.
- Item is available at a different 果冻影院 library: within 2 working days*.
- All copies of the Item are on loan: when you reach the front of the queue you will receive the next copy that is returned. While you wait, we will recall a copy of the book from loan and will suspend all renewals on that听title.
* Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and 果冻影院 Closure Days.

- Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health Library:听Self-service area within ICH Library.
- Institute of Archaeology Library: Issue Desk.
- Institute of Orthopaedics Library:听Enquiry Desk.
- Institute of Education Library:听Self-service area within IOE Library.
- Joint Library of Ophthalmology, Moorfields Eye Hospital & 果冻影院 Institute of Ophthalmology:听Library Enquiry/Issue desk (果冻影院 students and staff) or Institute of Ophthalmology Reception Desk (Moorfields staff).
- Language and Speech Science Library:听Library Foyer, Chandler House, Second Floor.
- Main Library:听Library Help Point, First Floor.
- Queen Square Library:听1st floor, 23 Queen Square. Please phone 020 3448 4709 upon arrival at the building, if you are unable to access via the front door of 23 Queen Square.
- Royal Free Hospital Medical Library: Library Enquiry/Issue Desk
- School of Pharmacy Library:听Library Help Point.
- Science Library:听Library Help Point, Ground Floor.
- SSEES Library:听Ground Floor.
- 果冻影院 East Library:听Library Help Point, Second Floor, Marshgate听(There are normally two deliveries per day听to the 果冻影院 East Library, Monday-Friday).
Click and Collect Procedure
- Request the items that you wish to collect by logging into听Explore. If you see a 'Request' option next to the book, it听is available for Click and Collect. Please remember to remain within your borrowing limit when making requests.
- You will receive an email notification once your book(s) are ready to be collected.听Books听will then be held for three working days听(these are Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and 果冻影院 Closure Days).
- Please ensure that you check the opening hours of the pickup library before visiting.
