Description

Success in today's organisational environment requires new ways of thinking. To cope with increasingly ambiguous and complex demands in knowledge-based organisations, individuals need to be able to generate many solutions, adapt, and critically assess alternatives. This course is designed to help develop these skills by presenting students with a variety of challenging activities and tasks.

Specifically, the course aims to identify the role and importance of creativity and critical thinking in organisations, discuss the factors that drive individual and group creative and critical thinking and identify how to apply creative and critical thinking skills to a variety of organisational and industry contexts.
