Description

This course aims to discuss some key concepts and tools involved in the delivery of regeneration projects, such as community engagement, procurement processes or evaluation of projects. It also aims to provide an arena for students to develop their understanding of the complexities involved in delivering urban change, and provoke thought about effective practices and policies to genuinely regenerate a place.

After taking this module, the students will have obtained a good understanding of the complexities associated with the delivery of successful regeneration projects in contemporary British cities, which they will be able to demonstrate in an essay at the end of the term.
