Description

The aim of the project is to conceive, design, analyse and present a scientific investigation into an aspect of human language or communication. You can choose to study any topic relevant to language and speech processing. Projects should make a novel contribution to the subject area and usually include data collected by you. However, students often get involved in some aspect of a larger study that their supervisor is currently working on. While, in this case, the project is not the original idea of the student, it provides an excellent learning experience, by working on a topical research project, and there is much scope for individual contribution and originality in the writing up stage.
