Description

This module uses interactive-lectures, group exercises and case studies to explore the key concepts of leadership for a modern, global organisation. The module introduces different leadership styles and explains how psychological factors and behavioural insights can explain motivation. The role of the leader in building teams, and driving and maintaining team performance is discussed, including issues such as diversity, loyalty, succession planning and coaching. The importance of working with stakeholders is introduced, including building relationships with internal and external partners. The module explores the power of inspiring communication, including using storytelling to deliver a business vision.
