Description

Organisational behaviour is the study of how people think, feel and behave in organisations. This foundation course introduces students to the core theories, findings and debates in the field. We will focus on key questions such as: How do we hire the best people? How do we assess personality and what does it tell us about a person's future behaviour? Why are some people happy with their jobs and others are dissatisfied? Why do some leaders fail? Why is diversity so important for organisations? Throughout the course students will participate in lectures, group activities, negotiations and debates in the field.
