Description

This module explores stressors and mental health matters across the arts and how these affect and drive practice and performance. Topics explored are performance anxiety, career transitions, talent, perfectionism among many others. The module aims to give you the necessary background evidence-based knowledge in identifying psychological aspects and in facilitating the application of this knowledge in performers鈥� care in the future.

The module is taught by a variety of experts.
