Provost's Awards for Public Engagement

Do you know someone who deserves recognition for their public engagement work at 果冻影院?听 This is your opportunity to nominate someone from the 果冻影院 community for the听third annual Provost's Awards for Public Engagement.
You can nominate in up to four categories:
- Public engager of the year - student
- Public engager of the year - support staff
- Public engager of the year - research/academic staff grade 6 or 7
- Public engager of the year - research/academic staff grade 8 and above
"There's a huge range of public engagement work going on at 果冻影院 - whether that's supporting communities with our expertise, encouraging people outside the institution to contribute their knowledge to our programmes, or working together with the public on our research, teaching and learning. "

The winners of each category will receive 拢1,000. A fifth prize of 拢1,000 will be awarded by the 果冻影院 Public Engagement Unit to the head of department or head of 果冻影院 research institute who has shown the strongest commitment to a culture change towards public engagement, in the last year. These awards recognise the hard work that people at 果冻影院 put in to sharing their research, teaching, and learning with public groups outside the university.
Hilary Jackson from 果冻影院 Public Engagement Unit, explained: "I'm thrilled that we'll be recognising the work of 果冻影院's staff and students at the third annual Provost's Awards for Public Engagement. The awards reflect 果冻影院's ongoing commitment to supporting staff and students who are sharing their work with people outside the institution."

A panel of experienced judges, including academic and support staff from across 果冻影院, will choose the prize-winners.听 When writing a nomination, please remember that the panel can only judge based on the contents of the nomination, so please do try to convey as much as possible about how the nominee meets the criteria in your answers to the questions on the form.
