Volunteering opportunities for 果冻影院 students

果冻影院 Union Volunteering Services are holding a volunteering fair on Thursday 20 January in the North Cloisters.
The fair is a chance to browse a wide range of the volunteering opportunities available to 果冻影院 students. It is also a chance to speak to representatives from the different projects on offer.
John Braime (果冻影院 Volunteering Services Unit) explained: "Volunteering is a rapidly growing movement at 果冻影院. Every year, we see more and more students wanting to get involved. In a way this isn't surprising, because working with the wider community is a distinctive part of 果冻影院 culture. Last year, 1,200 students volunteered through the Volunteering Services Unit (VSU) giving over 26,000 hours of their time in total to projects across London.
"The VSU have also set up The Ten Pound challenge. We want 果冻影院 students to think creatively and come up with ideas to improve the lives of their fellow Londoners, spending only 拢10."
