The contributions and achievements of women throughout history are celebrated annually through Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, which both take place in March.Ìý

The theme of International Women’s Day this year is #EmbraceEquity, with 8 March 2023 marking a time for reflection, awareness-raising and celebration. ÌýÌý

¹û¶³Ó°Ôº will be hosting a range of events throughout the month, with film screenings, panel discussions and in person gatherings all planned – see below for our latest lineup of activities, as well as past recordings and key resources.Ìý

Social media has the potential to educate women and support them through key life stages. But is this happening? This online panel discussion explores social media’s portrayal of infertility and infertility treatment, the menopause and women’s body satisfaction.Ìý

7 March – [ONLINE/FOR ALL]: Play: 'Next of Kin' – plus a post-show Q&A with Dr Vasanti Jadva | Ìý

Next of kin is a verbatim show about all the (other) ways to make a family. Created through recorded interviews, this collage of voices explores kinship experiments which could unmake dominant assumptions about family.Ìý
