Calling all alumni working in the Humanitarian sector

OurÌýGlobal Humanitarian Studies BScÌýis fully under way, but we're looking for help from our alumni to make choosing humanitarianism even easier for applicants.ÌýWe are asking any IRDR alumni who work, or have worked, in the humanitarian sector to help us show prospective students what a rewarding career it can be. From career profiles orÌýshort videos to chatting at events, if you would be willing to help us promote the sector and the IRDR, we would love top hear from you. You don't need to commit lots of time, and can help as much, or as little, as you like. If you are interested, please email Sarah Jeal, Communications and Events Manager on irdr-comms@ucl.ac.uk to find out more.

Can your organisation host a summer placement student?

Our Global Humanitarian Studies BSc students are encouraged to undertake a four-week summer placement to gain valuable work experience and inform their final-year projects. If your organisation might be able to offer a placement or you'd like to find out more, please email Nicola Jordan, Work Placements Manager on irdr-placements@ucl.ac.uk

Join the IRDR LinkedIn community

Our LinkedIn group is only open to staff, students, alumni and IRDR members. It's a space to connect with each other, share resources and job adverts, and discuss issues in the sector.Ìý
