Arkisites audit 2022

Last year, the department commissioned arkisites - a consultancy specialising in diversity and inclusion -听to conduct an external review to audit staff and student recruitment and retention processes听and听to identify any structural barriers.听Our EDI Committee and Senior leadership team recently reviewed the recommendations and have drawn up an action plan to take forward the proposals.
